Apostle Dr. Joseph Ivey Sr.

Apostle Joseph Ivey was born, November 12th in Dillon, South Carolina. Apostle is married to Pastor Morella Ivey together they have four sons and many spiritual Sons and Daughters. He is  currently a educator for Franklin County Schools.  

 

     On June 20, 2015, he received his Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from the Safe Haven Interdenominational Bible training Institute in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.  On August 4, 2018 he received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Theology from the Bible Institute of America Theology School in Raeford, NC.  On May 2019 he received a B.A in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University.  Apostle Ivey was a member of Ambassador Cathedral and later became a member of Greater Zion Wall Baptist Church where he served as usher, drummer, Praise and Worship Leader and was ordained Junior Pastor under the leadership of Apostle Terry Cash. He was a mentee of the late Chief Apostle Viril Myers and Apostle Irene Glover. He traveled extensively with the Highways and Hedges #1 Evangelism Team, under the leadership of Prophetess Annette Hanes and Evangelist Debra Kennedy.
 

Apostle moved forward in his calling and became the Pastor of Rise and Shine Ministries in 1998. God laid upon his heart to birth Full Assurance Faith Fellowship Church in which upon elevation, is now named Greater Full Assurance International Ministries Inc. He was consecrated as Apostle in September of 2008 and has been serving the triangle area in the ministry for over 26 years. In obedience to God, Apostle Ivey went on to birth World Changers International Ministries of North Carolina in 2015 where he now has 3 churches under his covering and it’s all to the glory God.
